3rd Annual Vintage Fundraiser Dance
Saturday, July 6th 8:00pm -Midnight
ACME Swing Company & DSDS present their 3rd Annual Fundraiser Swing Dance at the Sammons Center for the Arts: 3630 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75219.
8:00pm – Beginner East Coast Dance Lesson
Need a few dance moves? Brianne and Brandon will teach a beginning East Coast Swing Lesson. No partner necessary. The class rotates so everyone gets a chance to dance. It’s a fun way to meet new people!
9:00pm - LIVE Band!
Join us on the dance floor as the Jonny Fortunato Rockin’ Rhythm Review Band really gets the place jumpin’ with their rendition of 1940s Swing and Jump Blues. It’s sure to be a rockin’ good time!
Need a break from all the dancing, then check out our silent auction. We’ve got a great line up of auction items this year from dance lessons, to dinner for two at local restaurants, to Samsung Electronics. You will definitely want to make sure you bid on a couple of items!
We know all you cats out there love to dress up in your best vintage duds. Make sure you bring a little cash for the photo booth so you can capture that magic moment.
10:30pm – Dance Contest!
Think you might be the “cat’s meow” on the dance floor? Then strut your stuff in our Jack & Jill dance contests for a chance to win great prizes! The entry fee will be $5 cash per person. No partner necessary.
Advanced tickets are $15 per person. They can be purchased by clicking the link above. Your name will be on a list at the front door.
